COMMITMENT TO SAFETY

Making safety a priority is a foundation for success within each project and helps fortify relationships with everyone involved.

A safe workforce and a safe job site are paramount to ensuring that each project stays within scope and budget. We want everyone that steps onto our sites to feel safe and to leave each site the way that they entered it. This includes ensuring that our partners and subcontractors have the space and a well-organized site that they need to get the job done.

WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A GENERAL CONTRACTOR

Quality is not reactive but is a planned process embedded into each phase of a construction project. We aim for operational excellence through continuous improvement within all of our deliverables.

Buffalo Ridge Builders constructs residential buildings, commercial buildings, and custom remodels. We provide design, project supervision, and technical expertise for an array of project types.

As a general contractor, we take responsibility for the daily supervision of the construction site as well as the management of vendors and additional contractors. We do this by maintaining an open line of communication between all parties for the duration of the project.

If needed, we can be instrumental in the design and engineering phase of a project, which includes; application for building permits, development of project scope and schedules, and assisting architects and engineering firms when solving potential concerns that may arise.

We maintain strict quality control over every job, big or small. Our clients know they can count on us to get the work done promptly and on budget. We have the ability and experience, as well as the cutting-edge technology and equipment to ensure a successful building experience.

We provide each client with the highest quality product, in the shortest amount of time, and with the best customer service. We also maintain a high level of safety and a very low incidence of work related injuries.

Aaron Ribble, Owner

Aaron has been in the construction trades for over 20 years. In recent years he has specialized in construction management for both high end residential custom homes and large commercial projects. With a reputation of being very personable, a veteran project manager, and business owner he is dedicated to completing client projects beyond expectations. Some larger projects have totaled over $33 million, which is a testament to his understanding projects of varying scope. It is also a testament to his ability to excel in high stress situations where small mistakes can lead to unfavorable results. A recent example is the completion of the Operating Room Suite Fire Damper Replacement Project at Providence St. Mary’s Hospital in Walla Walla, WA. which required a constantly adjusted scope due to the need to keep the facilities running, as well as abiding to stringent building requirements specific to the type of job that ensured worker’s, hospital employee’s, and hospital patient’s safety throughout the project. Aaron has an impressive track record for completing projects on or ahead of schedule, within budget, and with few change orders.
